He is currently the chairman and Party Secretary of Sincerity Pharmaceutical And vice president of Zhejiang Pharmaceutical Industry Association Vice President of Wenzhou Entrepreneurs Association.

He has served as a representative of the 10th national people's congress of zhejiang province, vice chairman of the 4th and 5th cppcc dongtou district, wenzhou city, and chairman of the 5th and 6th cppcc dongtou district federation of industry and commerce.
