Preface
In 2017, Chengyi Pharmaceutical crossed fifty years and entered a new era, embarking on a new journey:
The company was successfully listed on the main board of Shanghai Stock Exchange, set up a 1 billion yuan industrial M&A fund, prepared to build "Academician Expert Workstation", the Chengyi Pharmaceutical Institute of Mass Health was recognized as a provincial enterprise research institute, set up an overseas affairs department in Canada, planned the "Cheng Yi plate" of Xiaomenshan Petrochemical Base, launched the national exclusive Chinese medicine variety Dan Yining, and established an International marketing center in Shanghai The construction of the Chengyi Pharmaceutical Health Industrial Park and listed fundraising project, as well as the successful launch of the first phase of ERP management system, have been one after another. These "major events" have fully demonstrated what Chairman Yan Yiyi said in his annual meeting speech, "We have submitted a full score answer sheet. Chairman's speech
The chairman said:
On behalf of the company's board of directors, supervisory board, and senior executives, I would like to pay an early respects to everyone and bow to them all!
I want to use 'two sentences and a glass of wine' to represent my mood at this moment.
The first sentence is to express a joyful mood. In 2017, our company went public, which was my personal greatest achievement and the greatest honor for all employees in the company in the past 50 years. A leader from Wenzhou City said to me after the listing ceremony, 'Dongtou is an island enterprise that broke through from the sea and listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange. This event touched China.' I think this statement is very reasonable.
The second sentence is to express a sense of relief. It's been almost a year since we went public. What kind of answer sheet have we submitted? In 2017, our 'exam results' should be able to achieve full marks. All business performance, including profits, showed steady growth compared to 2016. Due to the constraints of the information disclosure system of listed companies, I will not present the specific performance data here one by one. Special thanks go to the company's marketing team for their tremendous efforts.
Thirdly, I would like to take this opportunity to offer a toast to everyone. What is the relationship between a company and its employees? That's the relationship between home. I have always regarded Chengyi Pharmaceutical as my home: after the Chinese New Year, this is my home; Usually, it's even my home. In fact, all of our employees consider Chengyi Pharmaceutical as their home. There are many "classmate associations", "comrades in arms associations", and "fellow countrymen associations" in society, and their interactions may only be a few years old. However, employees of Chengyi Pharmaceutical have been interacting with each other for decades or even a lifetime; For a business owner, the emotions of employees are more intimate than those of family members. To run a company well, its leaders must love it and dedicate themselves to it. The development of Sincere Pharmaceutical to this day is the result of all employees working hard and achieving success under the leadership of company leaders.
