Subsequently, the company held the first extraordinary shareholders' meeting this year in Dongtou manufacturing department, at which shareholders were requested to review relevant proposals. On August 11, the company issued the announcement on the resolution of the first extraordinary shareholders' meeting of Zhejiang Zhencheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in 2025, which said that more than 99% of the 28678 shareholder representatives who voted at the extraordinary shareholders' meeting agreed to the "Employee Stock Ownership Plan" and other proposals. After signing the contract, employees listed in the stock ownership plan have opened personal accounts and made preparations for payment. As of July 2025, there are more than 700 A-share listed companies in Zhejiang Province and 40 listed companies in Wenzhou. According to incomplete statistics, nearly half of the companies in the province have implemented or are implementing equity incentive or employee stock ownership plans, some of which cover core personnel such as R&D, sales and production, some are linked to performance goals, and some extend equity incentive to personnel in important positions such as stores and supply chains. Some experts pointed out that the implementation of employee stock ownership plans or equity incentives by many listed companies in Wenzhou is an important measure for the transformation and upgrading of Wenzhou's private economy, attracting core talents, improving corporate governance and achieving common prosperity.
