It is reported that over the years, Cheng Yi Pharmaceutical has relied on the advantages of Dongtou Island to develop the marine biopharmaceutical industry. Currently, there are three marine pharmaceutical varieties, including glucosamine hydrochloride capsules, super fish oil EPA, and sargassum fusiforme extract drugs. Among them, glucosamine hydrochloride capsules have become the largest medication for treating bone and joint diseases in China. The production workshop for the health food production license certification this time is the health food soft capsule production workshop, with a cumulative investment of about 31.73 million yuan in the production line, mainly producing fish oil soft capsules.

It is understood that in February of this year, the company successfully produced ultra-high purity EPA fish oil soft capsules in two specifications: 0.5g and 1.0g, achieving a critical breakthrough in the research and development of fish oil health food. In July, the company completed the registration of two fish oil soft capsule products for domestic health food and obtained the registration certificate for domestic health food issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation.

At present, our health food soft capsule production workshop has a designed production capacity of 500 million capsules, which is expected to be put into production soon. Next, we will accelerate the construction, research and development, and production of the fish oil industry, and accelerate the construction of the entire industry chain of fish oil raw materials, drugs, food, and health products.
