The meeting should have 57 employee representatives present, but 56 were actually present, in accordance with legal procedures. After differential voting among representatives, 7 comrades were elected as the new members of the trade union from 8 candidates, including Zeng Huanqun, Nan Haiping (female), Hong Jianzhen, Gan Jiefang, Chen Xiaofang (female), Lin Ziyong, and Li Tuhong (female). Among them, Zeng Huanqun was elected as the chairman of the trade union; Nan Haiping (female) and Hong Jianzhen were elected as Vice Chairmen of the Trade Union; Xu Haiping (female) was elected as the Chairman of the Funding Review Committee, with members including Su Liping (female) and Hou Sujun (female); Nan Haiping (female) was elected as the director of the Women's Vocational Committee, with members including Chen Xiaofang (female) and Li Tuhong (female). Chairman Hong Wencai of the Dongtou District Federation of Trade Unions attended the meeting to guide and express congratulations. General Manager Zhao Chunjian of the company requires the new labor union to always creatively carry out various work around the theme of company development and the center of production and operation, fully leverage the role of the labor union as the "connecting bridge" between the party committee, administration, and employees, be a good guide, caring person, and family member of employees, and "create first-class performance and build a first-class enterprise labor union".
Lv Zhidong, Vice Chairman of the 2nd Labor Union of the company, was commissioned to produce the "Five Year Work Report". The report points out that the second trade union committee of the company, under the leadership of the company's party committee, has conscientiously implemented the scientific development concept, served the production and operation of the enterprise, effectively fulfilled the functions of the trade union, and played the role of the "mother family" of the trade union, achieving fruitful results. Mainly manifested in four aspects:
One is to serve the production and operation of the company and promote its high-quality development. In 2019, the company achieved a 116% increase in operating revenue compared to 2014; Net profit increased by 93% compared to 2014; The tax paid in 2018 was 20 times higher than in 2014.
The second is to safeguard the rights and interests of employees and give full play to the role of "mother and family". Taking salary growth as an example, from 2015 to 2019, the average annual salary growth rate of the company was over 9.5%, and other welfare benefits also increased simultaneously.
The third is to carry out various activities and strengthen the construction of spiritual civilization. If we take the lead in building partnerships between village enterprises, offering condolences to employees in need, offering mutual support, and donating blood without compensation, we actively carry out various cultural and sports activities, participate in various competitions in the district and city, and achieve good results.
The fourth is to strengthen the self construction of trade unions and ensure that they keep up with the times.

The second is to love union work and serve employees well. Do a good job in the handover work of the new and old teams, and the old team should do a good job in guiding and assisting the new team in quickly carrying out various tasks. The third is to promote the corporate spirit of "diligence, frugality, rigor, innovation, and dedication", and inherit this spirit from generation to generation. The fourth is to seek overall development, with production and operation as the center being the direction of labor union work. "Creating a century old enterprise and creating a market value of 10 billion yuan" is the common mission of all employees, and to provide suggestions for the company's "14th Five Year Plan" and jointly plan for the overall development of the next five years.
