Today is the first anniversary of Chengyi Pharmaceutical's listing on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange. All employees of Chengyi Pharmaceutical gathered at the company's 50th anniversary celebration square, welcoming the first anniversary of listing with joy.

At 8 am, Zhao Chunjian, the host and assistant to the chairman, announced the start of the celebration. All employees sang 'Song of Sincerity' to the music.

Ren Bingjun said that on this day in 2017, Zhejiang Chengyi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. held a grand listing ceremony on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and the Chinese capital market gave birth to the stock of "Chengyi Pharmaceutical, 603811". This is the biggest joyous event in our company's 50 years of establishment, and the result of all employees' "diligence, frugality, rigor, innovation, and dedication" under the leadership of the chairman. We express our sincere congratulations!

Over the past year, the company's various undertakings have flourished. In the words of the chairman, "we have submitted a satisfactory answer sheet": Since going public, we have focused on three areas of work:

1.Highlighting the project

After going public, we plan to promote the construction of Xiaomenshan production base and create the "Cheng Yi section" of Wenzhou Petrochemical Base. At the beginning of this year, the Chengyi Pharmaceutical Health Industrial Park had already started construction. We are also establishing an overseas business unit in Canada to develop new traditional Chinese medicine products. In June 2017, we established a 1 billion yuan Zhongyu Chengyi M&A Fund, embarking on the path of industrial mergers and acquisitions.

2.Emphasis on research and development

In August 2017, our "Chengyi Pharmaceutical Big Health Research Institute" was recognized as a provincial-level research institute; Our exclusive national traditional Chinese medicine variety Danyining has been launched on the market. On March 7 this year, we established Chengyi Pharmaceutical "Academician Expert Workstation" with Ding Jian, an academician of the CAE Member. The establishment of the Academician Expert Workstation has laid the foundation for our company to establish a national demonstration base and engineering technology research and development center for marine medicine, biopharmaceuticals, and traditional Chinese medicine in Wenzhou City.

3.Emphasis on marketing

We have set up an international marketing center in Dahongqiao, Shanghai, to realize the leap from the isolated sea to Shanghai, so as to facilitate the gathering of sales radiation and talents at home and abroad. In order to improve management efficiency, the first phase of ERP that we have invested in and constructed has begun to operate.
