The meeting was chaired by Zhao Chunjian, Vice Chairman and Vice General Manager of the company, and Li Shisheng, General Manager of the Marketing Center, summarized and deployed the preparation work. Therefore, all marketing personnel should have a high degree of policy sensitivity, "understand" the policy, adapt to the situation, analyze the market, adjust ideas, expand channels, provide good services, rely on big business, and create new business achievements.
At the meeting, Lin Xinchen, Lin Xinfa, and Wang Yayu, the three leaders of the company's three flagship products - glucosamine hydrochloride, tolasemide injection, and VK ₁, respectively introduced their strategic plans and guarantee measures for 2019; General Manager Assistant Zeng Huanqun provided an explanation on the 2019 formulation sales plan; Wang Zhiwei, Deputy Manager of the New Drug Research Department of the Technology Development Center, reported on the progress of new product development and consistency evaluation.
In summarizing everyone's speeches, Zhao Chunjian, Vice Chairman and Vice General Manager of the company, said that the company is moving towards a new era of "group operation and 1 billion yuan scale enterprise". One is to strengthen learning and communication. If you can't grasp the key points, it's easy to get lost. In mutual learning and communication, it is necessary to understand shortcomings, identify gaps, learn experiences, and solve problems, continuously improving one's professional skills and combat capabilities.
Secondly, we need to solve the problem as soon as possible. In response to the issues raised by everyone, such as market out of stock, delayed cost settlement, and product quality tracking, relevant cadres should not take them for granted. They should seize every minute and implement them as soon as possible.
Thirdly, we need to strengthen scale management. The company needs to achieve collectivization and build a "Wenzhou Pharmaceutical Aircraft Carrier" for the whole country, relying on its scale.
Fourth, we need to build clean and honest enterprises. We are colleagues and comrades in arms, so there is no need to "greet and send". Regional managers in each region should deeply learn the lesson of Su's corruption in the company's history, be close to customers, not infringe on their interests, and establish a "friendly and clean" relationship with customers.
Fifth, care about the company's stocks. After the company went public, various businesses developed rapidly and maintained a good momentum. Especially our company's product structure: one-third are raw materials, one-third are sold in OTC, and one-third enter hospitals but are mostly exclusive varieties. Therefore, the overall impact of policies such as "4+7 bulk procurement" is not significant.
Chairman Yan expressed that all sectors of society should rest assured that we will be able to complete all work tasks in 2019 with quality and quantity guaranteed.
