The reporter saw on site that the preparation building located in the Cheng Yi Pharmaceutical Health Industry Park is three stories tall with a building area of approximately 23000 square meters. Currently, glass curtain walls and air conditioning equipment are being installed. To ensure the progress of the project, Cheng Yi Pharmaceutical coordinated with the project construction unit to start work early on the sixth day of the Chinese New Year. Currently, 80% of the overall project in the park has been completed.
It is reported that the Cheng Yi Pharmaceutical Health Industrial Park will be built into an automated, information-based, intelligent, and standardized production base that can be visited throughout the process, thereby realizing the transformation of enterprises from "automated and semi-automatic manufacturing" to "intelligent manufacturing". Cheng Yi Pharmaceutical has invested nearly 500 million yuan in the construction of the park, with over 200 million yuan invested in equipment for the preparation building alone. After the completion of the park, 10 new production lines will be added, mainly used for the production of multiple varieties, dosage forms, and specifications of comprehensive formulations such as small volume injections, freeze-dried powder injections, capsules, tablets, and powder oral formulations. The expected annual production capacity is over 1 billion yuan. At the same time, the company has also invested more than 6 million yuan in the construction and implementation of ERP projects to promote the enterprise's cloud adoption.
At the beginning of 2019, Cheng Yi Pharmaceuticals made a breakthrough from the beginning, making significant progress in technological transformation projects. At the beginning of the new year, the company's flagship product - glucosamine hydrochloride capsules, received the registration number of the National Drug Administration of the United States and the "consistency evaluation" from the National Drug Administration of China. In January, we also signed cooperation agreements with two major domestic pharmaceutical commercial giants, China National Pharmaceutical Holdings and Beijing Gaoji, to achieve strong cooperation.
Our goal for this year is to achieve a total industrial output value of over seven billion yuan, an increase of 40% compared to last year.
